We keep it simple here on what we will and will not do

We will RESHIP ANTS FREE OF CHARGE If 70% of your ants are not alive upon receipt and you choose BOTH options below for your insects or bugs..

• 1-2 Express Shipping is your form of of shipping and
• You chose a heat pack or cold pack

Customer will be responsible for new shipping fees and upgrades only on the live ants.

We do reserve the right to request the ants back .

Ants ship M-T generally.   Upgraded Shipping is a service not how fast an item is packed up.    Please not during the Christmas holidays. We suggest ordering 3 weeks ahead of time at a min

Please Note ADULT SUPERVISION is required when moving ants into their homes. This bugs can bite and stick and it is not pleasant so no kids.

To do this please place the container in the fridge for approx 15 minutes to slow them down and dump into your formicarium afterwards.
