So you want to know a little something about our Live ant terms.

We keep it simple here on what we will and will not do

We will RESHIP ANTS FREE OF CHARGE If your 70% of your ants are not alive upon receipt.

  • 1-2 Express Shipping is your form of of shipping and
  • You chose a heat pack or cold pack

Customer will be responsible for new shipping fees only on the live ants.

We do reserver the right to request the ants back .
